Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made from visionhobbies.co.uk, operated by Dean Horton trading as Vision Hobbies, 6 Wyre Close, Desborough, Northamptonshire, NN14 2WQ (“we”, “us”). Buying from us does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Ordering and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send our dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch (for example, stock error or suspected fraud); if payment has been taken it will be refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or shown. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely at the time of order via our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Products

Much of our stock is pre-owned or collectable and is sold as described in the individual listing, with photographs of the actual item where shown. Minor variations in packaging of new items may occur.

4. Delivery

See our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on receipt of full payment.

5. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

See our Returns & Refunds page, which includes your 14-day statutory cancellation right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), our voluntary 30-day returns policy, and your Consumer Rights Act 2015 remedies for faulty goods.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Complaints and law

Contact sales@visionhobbies.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve any issue. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales (or your local UK court where you are entitled to it).
